We have had some successful events in the Village Hall including St Patrick’s Day, a Celebration Day for all to mark a good re- inspection report received from the Care Inspectorate. VE & D Day celebrations, various singers, choirs and games every week during school term with St Mary’s Primary School pupils.
The arrival of the ducklings in April was also a great success. Residents, Sisters, staff, volunteers and visitors all enjoyed having them with us. They provided so much joy.
Outings for the residents have included going out on the CWA (Cycling Without Age) Bikes, to the Singing Memories Café at Lyle Gateway, Craigend Resource Centre, St Mary’s Tea Dance and Cappielow — Morton Football Club.
We also won the cup at the recent Sports Day Event at Lady Octavia!
