Birthday celebrations were in full swing at St Anne's as Kathleen reached the venerable age of 104, and Norah the 'younger' age of 95!

During the recent heavy snowfall some 'Knights in Shining Armour', or at least high viz jackets and hard hats, from Balfour Beatty (North) came to dig us out. They cleared the driveway and the roadway to the back of the house with the aid of a JCB digger and lots of rock salt, giving their time (and rock salt) free. The only payment they asked was a photograph! Another example of comradeship that seems to have swept the country over the past week.Staff in action!

Of their own initiative the staff at St Jeanne Jugan Residence, Jersey, prepared a Nativity Play for the Residents, with a repeat performance, by Royal Command! Our Residents, including one of our resident priests helped to make and decorate the Christmas Cakes for our Home in Bristol.

Little Sisters, Residents, Associates, Staff and Volunteers brought a touch of Christmas cheer to shoppers with renditions of various Carols at a nearby Tesco store.
