The Little Sisters from several houses in the Province participated at the Eucharistic Congress in Liverpool. A ‘Vocation Exhibition was prepared at St Patrick’s Church Liverpool. Many Priests, Brothers and religious were present and happy to share their experiences with each other and the people who visited the various stalls.
Over the past few months the Residents in MANCHESTER have been busy in the construction industry. With the help of the activities coordinator and volunteers they have been building a house, not with bricks, but with one thousand buttons ! Everyone put so much effort into it and enjoyed every minute.

Four recently retired members of staff were invited to join the Little Sisters, Residents, Associates and Volunteers in Leeds on the Feast of St Joseph and were awarded certificates for their long-standing service to the Home.
Birthday celebrations were in full swing at St Anne’s as Kathleen reached the venerable age of 104, and Norah the ‘younger’ age of 95!
The Staff, their children, Residents and volunteers were not to be outdone and put on an excellent performance, with Baby Jesus playing his part to perfection!
