Youth event with St Anne’s and St Peter’s, London

Rosa, Dafina, Eunice, Diana, Jullie and Sister Mary Agnes, were delighted to represent the congregation of the Little Sisters of the Poor at the Youth 2000 event. The group of six were from St Peter’s and St Anne’s in London. We were happy to have four days of prayer; fellowship and fun in Ampleforth Abbey 23rd to the 26th of August were appreciated by the London group. 2024. Many families with young children and twenty-five religious from different congregations, 2 Bishops and 20 Priests were present.

Six hundred youths from England, Scotland and Wales were present at the
event they represented many continents. The participants at the festival enjoyed talks, workshops, the Sacraments, social time, praise worship and thanksgiving.
