To mark the feast of Mother Provincial Caroline Emmanuel which took place on 6th August, the Residents and members of the Association Jeanne Jugan, led by our Activities Co-ordinator, Anne, put on a splendid show.   The arrival of the first Little Sisters in Preston in 1881 was portrayed magnificently with details taken form the annals of the Home and various newspapers issued at the time.   Here we see some of the scenes, though visual aids are inadequate in putting across the atmosphere that was so tangible during the actual performance.
