St Peter’s celebrated the feast of the Home on 29th June. Associates, staff and friends of the Home joined us for Mass at 10.30 when we thanked God for such a happy family occasion and for His Providence ever -watchful over us. On a hot sunny day everyone enjoyed the barbecue lunch where they were treated to delicious food, and ice-cream donated by a kind gentleman. To add to the festivities a Scottish piper made his way round the garden and the main hall to everyone’s delight. Staff brought great cheers from the Residents as they kicked the ball into the goal posts specially erected on the lawn for the occasion.
