Admissions

Admission to our Homes is open to low-income elderly of at least 65 years of age, regardless of race, nationality or religion. Individuals, married couples and elderly priests are welcome to apply.

Each of our homes is unique in size and layout and provide quality nursing care, some only provide residential care. Many of our homes also have a number of independent living apartments.

We recognise that a growing number of elderly require care and support and all applications are considered and prioritised according to the individual’s level of need and particular circumstances.

The admission process usually begins informally with an phone call or enquiry from a prospective Resident or their family. After determining if the individual meets the age, financial, and medical criteria, we invite them to come and visit to see whether the Home would be suitable for them and able to meet their needs. If so, we ask them to complete an application form and we add their name to our waiting list.

If you are interested in learning more about a specific home, or are beginning the application process for yourself or a loved one, please contact the Sister in charge in the Home where you intend to apply.
